Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For custom items, all sales are final unless defective.
To start a return, please contact us at nyantaelma3645@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Items sent back without request won’t be accepted. Printful handles fulfillment, but all return requests come through us.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If defective or incorrect, contact us immediately—we’ll work with Printful to fix it. Returns aren’t accepted for gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different item? Return yours first, and once approved, purchase the new one.
Refunds
Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at nyantaelma3645@gmail.com.
